This one size nappy fits from around 4kg to 15kg.  You can use it with no inserts, one or both according to your needs and size of baby.  Inserts can also be folded to double the absorbency where you need it most.
 
This nappy requires a wrap - either waterproof pul or wool.
 
This makes an excellent overnight nappy especially with a wool wrap over the top although it works well with PUL.
