Returns and Refunds Policy
We do everything with the upmost care and try to triple check everything so we are very sorry if something isn’t quite right with your purchase. We understand however sometimes things are not quite right. We would appreciate it if you could return products in the condition you received them; unwashed, unworn and in original packaging. A brief description of the reason for refund/exchange would help us.

Once nappies have been washed or worn we can only offer an exchange for manufacturing faults and can no longer offer refunds.
You have 30 days to return any unused items for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the cost of returning the items are not paid for you. Items will only be refunded once received and their condition checked. We aim to process your refund within 3 days of receiving the items back. Depending on payment method you originally use you may receive these funds anything from 2 hours to 10 days after processing the return. All refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Our nappies are covered by manufacturing warranties but we also guarantee them for 6 months against faults. This means you do not have to contact any manufacturer to deal with faults you can let us know and we will sort out the nappy promptly for you with no fuss.
To return an item please ensure it is packaged well to avoid damage, and send our address below. We recommend using a recorded service and obtaining proof of postage from the post office.
