How much is home delivery?

When will I get my order?

We love to get your goodies on their way to you as soon as we can, and aim to dispatch your order as soon as we can providing stock is available. If there is likely to be a delay with your order we will contact you to let you know.

- UK Standard delivery is 3-5 working days, Express is 1-2 working days.
- Local Collection is available next working days

International orders will be dispatched next working day, delivery times will vary dependent on destination.

What happens if I have pre-ordered an item?
Your pre-ordered items will be dispatched to you as soon as the stock is available.
Please note, for orders that contain pre-ordered items, your order will only be shipped once all items are available. Please place separate orders if you need other items urgently.
Is International Delivery available?
Although as the UK is no longer part of the European Customs Union items sent internationally may be charged VAT and Customs in the destination country. Any Duty charges and VAT payable is the responsibility of the customer.

We are still shipping our orders as normal via a tracked service with Royal Mail.

We ensure all our orders sent outside of the UK are accompanied by a customs declaration which states what the item is, the item's value, and that it is a commercial product.

Due to the nature of our products, many of our items do not incur any VAT charges, which will be stated on the customs declaration. You may want to check your countries VAT charges for the items you are purchasing as this can differ to the UK.
We advise that you check with your local customs for further information in regards to this, and sadly we cannot accept any liability for charges based on the above information.
For international orders the shopping basket will automatically calculate the appropriate shipping method and a price based on the content of your basket. If the basket displays that no delivery method is valid, please contact us and we will provide a quotation via email.
